高龄梗阻性结肠癌病人的围术期处理与营养支持

目的探讨高龄梗阻性结肠癌病人的围术期处理及营养支持的作用。方法回顾分析我院1997年10月~2005年11月收治的57例高龄(70岁以上)结肠癌伴梗阻病人的临床资料,对其围术期合并症的术前评估、处理及营养支持进行探讨。结果57例全部行手术治疗,其中41例行切除性手术,切除率为71.9%,术后并发症发生率29.8%,死亡1例。结论高龄梗阻性结肠癌病人术前各脏器储备功能评估、合并症处理及营养支持至关重要,对提高手术切除率、减少并发症、降低死亡率有积极的意义。

Perioperative management and nutritional support for aged patients with colon carcinoma combined with intestinal obstruction

Objective To evaluate the role of perioperative management and nutritional support for colon carcinoma combined with intestinal obstruction.Methods The clinical data of 57 cases of colon carcinoma over 70 years old treated from October 1997 to November 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the 57 cases received surgical operation treatment,among them 41 performed the excision operation,the excision rate was 71.9%,the incidence of postoperative complications was 29.8% and one patient was dead.Conclusion The valuation of the storage function of each organ and to the treatment of the combined diseases and nutritional support are very important for aged patients with colon carcinoma combined with intestinal obstruction,to raise the resection rate,to reduce complications and to decrease the death rate contain aggressive meaning.
