168例尖锐湿疣复发大败毒胶囊预防疗效观察

目的观察大败毒胶囊预防治疗尖锐湿疣复发疗效观察。方法将336例临床确诊尖锐湿疣病例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各168例。所有患者均在接受多功能电子治疗仪手术治疗后,治疗组口服大败毒胶囊,3次/d,4粒/次,7d为1疗程,共进行3～5个疗程,观察复发率。结果治疗组复发率明显低于对照组。两组经统计学处理,比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论电灼术消除尖锐湿疣疣体后口服大败毒胶囊,对提高肌体免疫力,消除病毒亚临床感染、降低复发率,疗效显著,值得推广。

Observation of the Curative Effect of Using Dabaidu Capsules to Prevent Recurrence of Condyloma Acuminatum in 168 Cases

Objective Observe the curative effect of using Dabaidu capsules to prevent recurrence of condyloma acuminatum.Methods Divide 336 clinically confirmed cases of condyloma acuminatum randomly into a clinical group and an observing group,168 each.All patients accept multiple electric instrument operation.The clinical group takes Da Bai Du capsules orally after the operation,three times a day,four pills a time,seven days a course,3~5 courses in total.Observe the recurrence rates of two groups.Results The recurrence rate of clinical group is distinctively lower than that of the observing group.After statistical assessment of the data of two groups,contract between two groups proves to be of remarkable meaning(P<0.01).Conclusion Orally taking Dabaidu capsules after the condyloma acuminatum removing operation can improve organism immunity,clear sub-clinical bacteria infection,reduce the recurrence rate,which proves to have distinct curative effect and should be widely used.
