| Abstract: | Based on the strategic target which the reform and development program in the pearl river delta region proposed,the paper combines economic and social development characteristics for talent demand in the pearl river delta,and puts towards to cultivate application-oriented talents.Finally,some construction measures about cultivating application-oriented talents are proposed,combining with the characteristics of local universities and professional. |
