老年人胆囊炎围手术期处理

目的 探讨老年人胆囊炎围手术期处理方法。方法 回顾性分析80例60岁以上胆囊炎患者的外科手术资料。结果 80例中治愈78例，治愈率97．5％；死亡2例，占2．5％；发生术后并发症5例，占6．25％。结论 老年人对胆囊手术一般都能耐受，早期手术治疗，选择合适的手术方式及正确的术后护理是提高治愈率、降低死亡率的关键。

Observation of Aged People with Cholecystitis During Operation

Objective To explore the observation of aged people with cholecystitis during operation. Methods To reveiw surgery process data of 80 patients with cholecystitis whose age were beyond 60 years old. Results 78 cases were cured among 80 patients, the cure rate was 97.5 ; 2 patients had died, and the percentage was 2.5% ;5 cases has postoperative complications, and the percentage was 6.25%. Conclusion Old people are toloerant to the gallbladder surgical operation genenally. The surgical operation to be treated in early days, choosing the fit method of surgical operation and correct nursing after operation are the keys to raise the cure rate and to lower the death rate.
