连续性肾脏替代治疗在多脏器功能障碍中的护理体会

[目的]探讨连续性肾脏替代治疗在多脏器功能障碍中的护理方法。[方法]对28例患者均采用ACH-10或Prisma多功能血液净化仪行CRRT治疗。[结果]28例患者中肾功能好转者6例,过渡到维持性透析者4例,自动出院者8例,死亡10例。[结论]在CRRT治疗过程中的护理相当重要,护士必须熟练掌握各种仪器功能,加强导管护理,按患者个体特征制定有效的护理措施配合治疗,是透析护理的关键所在。

Nursing Experience on Multi-organ Dysfunction Treated with Successive Kidney Replacement

[Objective] To discuss the nursing method to multi-organ dysfunction treated with successive kidney replacement.[Method]Administer ACH-10 or Prisma multi-function blood purification instrument to 28 cases of patients.[Result]6 cases were better,4 transmitted to gradual dialysis,8 were out of hospital voluntarily,10 dead.[Conclusion]In CRRT treatment course,the nursing is of great importance,nurses must well grasp various instruments function,strengthen guide tube management,make effective nursing measures together with treatment according to individual features,which are the key points of dialysis nursing.
