腹腔镜诊断治疗盆腔脓肿的探讨

目的:使盆腔脓肿患者得以早期诊断、早期有效治疗,防止近期、远期并发症,寻找最佳治疗方法。方法:对29例入院诊断为盆腔脓肿的患者进行腹腔镜探查术,对术中证实为盆腔脓肿的患者实施盆腔分离粘连、病灶切除、冲洗等操作,术后应用抗生素,辅以中药治疗。结果:29例中有27例证实为盆腔脓肿,2例为陈旧性宫外孕;盆腔脓肿手术顺利,术后均未安放腹腔引流,未出现并发症,术后症状迅速消失,均痊愈出院。结论:腹腔镜手术是目前盆腔脓肿最佳诊断、治疗方法。

Explore the laparoscope used in diagnosis and treatment of pelvic abscess

Objective:To diagnose and treat pelvic abscess effectively in early stage, prevent short- and long-term complications and find the best diagnostic and therapeutic method.Methods:29 patients with hospitalizing diagnosis of pelvic abscess accepted laparoscopic exploratory operation to isolate pelvic adhesion, resect focus of infection and irrigate in those cases diagnosed as pelvic abscess during operation. After operation they were treated by antibiotics combining with Chinese herbs.Results:Of 29 cases, there were 2 cases of old ectopic pregnancy and 27 cases of pelvic abscess, the operations of pelvic abscess were smooth. After operation, there were not both to place drainage tube or drainage stripe and to occur complication. After operation the symptoms disappeared immediately and all the patients were cured completely to discharge.Conclusion:Laparoscopic procedures is the best therapeutic method among all methods at present to diagnose and treat pelvic abscess.
