| 摘 要： | 目的 观察在牙周翻瓣术后应用高压氧治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。方法 随机将50例患者152颗患牙分为翻瓣术后应用高压氧的试验组和单纯翻瓣术的对照组，术后3、12个月观察龈沟指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)。结果 12个月后试验组的有效率是98．68％，对照组的有效率是84．21％，两组比较，差异有显著性。结论 牙周翻瓣术后应用高压氧治疗牙周炎是一种有效、可行的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of hyperbaric oxygen on periodontitis after periodontal flap surgery. Me- thods 152 cases with periodonititis were randomly divided into treatment group (hyperbaric oxygen after periodontal flap surgery, n=76) and control group (periodontal flap surgery only, n=76), and the clinical effects of two groups were ovserved in 3 months and 12 months. Results The efficacy rates of treatment group and control group were 98.68% and 84.21% respectively. Statistical differences were Significant between the two groups. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen after periodontal flap surgery is effective in treating periodontitis. |
