摘    要:目的探讨骨梗死的影像学诊断要点。方法病人均行X线平片、CT、MRI检查,病灶累及股骨下段、胫骨上段、胫骨下段、股骨颈和胫骨粗隆。结果早期骨梗死,X线平片无明显异常;中期,CT表现为髓腔不均匀钙化;晚期,MRI显示为典型的地图样表现。结论MRI是检查诊断早期骨梗死最为有效的方法,X线平片对中晚期病变有帮助,CT较平片敏感。

Abstract:Objective To explore the imaging diagnostic points of bone infarction.Methods All cases suspected bone infarction were examined by X-ray, MRI, CT. All sites of the bone infarct were found including in the distal femur, proximal tibia, distal tibia, femoral neck and the tuberosity.Results The cases without abnormality in plain film determined as early bone infarction. In the middle stage, CT manifestation was inhomogeneous ossification in the intramedullary cavity. In the later stage, MRI manifestation was map-shaped lesions with the surrounding sclerotic rim in the intramedullary cavity.Conclusion MRI is the most effective way to examine and find the bone infarct in the early stags. Plain radiography was helpful to diagnose the bone infarct in the middle and later stages, CT examination is more sensitive the plain radiography.
