| 摘 要： | 目的：为了研究异体下颌骨移植再血管化的特征。方法：用冷冻异体下颌骨移植修复２５例下颌骨缺损，术中采用的促进再血管化方法有：去除异体骨骨髓、植入自体骨髓；密质骨钻孔法及保留自体骨膜。结果：术后６个月～３年随访表明２５例中有２４例Ｘ线显示宿主骨与移植骨愈合良好，外形与功能恢复较好。结论：异体下颌骨称植可以成为下颌骨修复的主要方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical significance of revascularization in allogeneic mandible transplantation. Method: 25 cases received frozen allogeneic mandible transplantation and the measures to improve revascularization included (1) removing allogeneic bone marrow and adding syngeneic bone marrow (2) punching pores on the cortex surface (3) retaining periosteum.Result: Follow up from six months to one years postoperatively showed that 24 of 25 cases gained good contours and functions; X ray films indicated that the grafted bone incorporated well with host bone.Conclusion: Allogeneic mandibile transplantation play an important role in reconstruction of mandibular. |
