中西医结合综合护理干预在慢性肺心病中的应用效果观察

目的:探讨中西医结合综合护理干预在慢性肺心病患者中的应用效果。方法:随机将100例慢性肺心病患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予慢性肺心病疾病常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上,有效实施中西医结合综合护理干预,采用焦虑抑郁自评量表、日常生活能力评定量表以及社会活动能力评定量表比较两组患者护理前后焦虑抑郁情绪和生活质量;采用护理工作满意度量表(M测评两组患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:护理前两组患者焦虑抑郁自评量表评分、日常生活能力以及社会活动能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后两组患者焦虑抑郁自评量表评分、日常生活能力以及社会活动能力评分、患者对护理工作的满意度与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合综合护理干预措施在慢性肺心病患者中的有效实施,可明显改善其焦虑抑郁等不良心理,提高患者治疗依从性,减少并发症的发生,显著提高患者生活质量和临床护理满意度。

Application effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine with integrated nursing intervention in chronic pulmonary heart disease

Objective:To study the Chinese and western medicine combined with the application of comprehensive nursing in-tervention in patients with chronic cor pulmonale.Methods:100 cases of chronic cor pulmonale patients randomly divided into observa-tion group and control group.The control group was given conventional nursing for Chronic cor pulmonale disease,the observation group on the basis of the control group,the effective implementation of integrated nursing intervention in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,Using the anxiety and depression self rating scale,daily life ability scale and social activity ability evaluation form of nursing were compared between the two groups before and after the anxiety,depression and quality of life.The amount of nursing work satisfaction scale evaluation of two groups of patients to the nursing work satisfaction.Results:Before nursing,compared the two groups of patients with anxiety and depression self rating score,ability of daily life and social activity ability score table,there was no statistical-ly significant difference (P >0.05);nursing after two groups of patients with anxiety and depression self rating scale score,ability of daily life and social activity ability score,the patients’satisfaction with the nursing work was compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05,P <0.01 ).Conclusion:Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine compre-hensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic cor pulmonale effective implementation can significantly improve the anxiety,de-pression and other adverse psychological,improve the patients’treatment compliance,reduce complications and improve patient quality of life and clinical nursing satisfaction.
