集束化护理干预在椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出髓核摘除术中的应用

目的:探讨集束化护理干预在椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出髓核摘除术中的应用效果。方法:选取行椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出髓核摘除术的患者96例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予集束化护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果:护理后,两组焦虑评定量表(SAS)评分及抑郁评定量表(SDS)评分均较护理前降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.01);与对照组比较,观察组患者视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分明显降低,疼痛持续时间明显缩短(P<0.05或P<0.01),观察组满意度为91.67%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理干预可明显改善行椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出髓核摘除术患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,减轻疼痛,缩短疼痛持续时间,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Application of cluster nursing intervention in intervertebral foramen endo-scope-guided lumbar discectomy for lumbar disc hyerniation

Objective:To explore the application effects of cluster nursing intervention in intervertebral foramen endoscope-guided lumbar discectomy for lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 96 patients undergoing intervertebral foramen endoscope-guided lumbar discectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,48 cases for each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,based on which observation group was added with cluster nursing intervention.Nursing efficacy was com-pared between two groups.Results:Self-anxiety rating scale (SAS)and self-rating depression scale (SDS)scores after nursing were prominently lower than those before nursing,and were obviously lower in observation group than those in control group (P <0.01 ).Vis-ual analogue scale (VAS)score lowered significantly and duration of pain shortened obviously in observation group when compared with those in control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01 ).The degree of satisfaction was 91 .67% in observation group,higher than 75.00% in control group (P <0.05 ).Conclusion:Cluster nursing intervention can obviously improve anxiety and depression,alleviate pain,and shorten duration of pain as well as enhance the degree of satisfaction for nursing in patients with intervertebral foramen endoscope-guided lumbar discectomy.
