优质护理服务模式对妇产科术后患者腹部切口恢复情况的影响效果

目的:探讨优质护理服务模式对妇产科术后患者腹部切口恢复情况的影响效果。方法:收集巴中市中心医院2013年1月至2015年8月入院的400例行妇产科手术患者按是否愿意接受优质护理服务模式干预分为两组。对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者加施优质护理服务模式干预,比较两组患者相关临床指标、心理状态、切口愈合状态、投诉与纠纷情况与满意度调查结果等。结果:实验组患者肛门排气时间、下床时间、住院时间与医疗费用明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者干预后SAS评分与SDS评分组间比较存在差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组患者切口甲级愈合发生率高于对照组,疑似切口疼痛或异常发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组患者投诉与纠纷发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者护理满意度调查结果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:优质护理服务模式对妇产科术后患者腹部切口恢复情况的影响效果,可提高满意度,具有借鉴性。

Effect of high quality nursing service mode on the recovery of abdominal incision in patients with obstetrics and Gynecology

Objective:To investigate the effect of high quality nursing service mode on the recovery of abdominal incision in pa-tients with obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:400 cases of obstetrics and gynecology patients hospitalized from January 2013 to Au-gust 2015 were divided into two groups according to whether they are willing to accept the high quality nursing service mode.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received high quality nursing service mode,compared with two groups of patients with clinical indicators,psychological status,wound healing status,complaints and disputes and satisfaction survey results,etc.Results:The anal exhaust time,ambulation time,hospital stay and medical costs in observation group were significantly lower than the control group,there was a significant difference,with statistically significant (P <0.01 );There was significant difference between the two groups after the intervention of SAS score and SDS score group,which had statistical significance (P <0.01 );The incidence of incision healing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the incidence of suspected incision pain or ab-normal rate was significantly lower than the control group,there were significant differences,with statistical significance (P <0.01 );The complaints of patients and disputes occur rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,there were significant differences,with statistically significant (P <0.05 );The observation group patients care satisfaction survey results signifi-cantly better than the control group,there was a significant difference,with statistically significant (P <0.01 ).Conclusion:The effect of quality nursing service mode on the recovery of abdominal incision in patients with gynecological and obstetric operation can improve the satisfaction degree,which is useful for reference.
