达英-35和妈富隆对多囊卵巢综合征高雄激素血症的治疗疗效以及对卵泡发育的影响

目的:对比分析达英-35和妈富隆对多囊卵巢综合征高雄激素血症的治疗疗效及对卵泡发育的影响。方法:将2013年5月至2015年5月本院收治的86例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为妈富隆组和达英-35组,分别采用妈富隆和达英-35连续治疗3个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后体重指数、腰臀比、多毛、痤疮症状和主要性激素(FSH、LH、T)水平的变化以及卵泡发育情况。结果:两组患者治疗后体重指数、腰臀比均比治疗前降低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多毛评分、痤疮评分、LH和T激素水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),但妈富隆组的FSH水平较治疗前升高;达英-35组患者卵泡发育治愈率(37.21%vs.23.26%)和总有效率(88.37%vs.69.76%)均高于妈富隆组(P<0.05)。结论:妈富隆与达英-35均能有效治疗多囊卵巢综合征高雄激素血症,但达英-35对多囊卵巢综合征患者卵泡发育的改善效果更加显著。

Effects of Diane-35 versus Marvelon on treatment of hyperandrogenemia and follicular development in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective:Compare the effects of Diane-35 and Marvelon on treatment of hyperandrogenemia and follicular develop-ment in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:Eighty-six patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in our hospital during May 2013 and May 2015 were divided into Diane-35 group and Marvelon group.Diane-35 group was treated with Diane-35 and Marvelon group was treated with Marvelon for three courses respectively.The clinical effects such as body index,waist-hip ratio,hirsut-ism and acne were compared.The follicular development and the level of sex hormone FSH,LH and T were also recorded.Results:After treatment,the body index,waist-hip ratio were decreased but with no statistical significance.There were statistical significance in the level of FSH,LH,T,as well as the scores of hirsutism and acne between the two groups (P <0.05).Additionally,the curative rate and total effective rate of follicular development in Diane-35 group were much higher than that of Marvelon group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Both Diane-35 and Marvelon had effects on hyperandrogenemia in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,but Diane-35 had better im-provement on clinical symptoms and level of FSH,LH and T than that of Marvelon.
