| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究赤芍总苷对幽门结扎型胃溃疡模型大鼠胃液分泌及血清生化指标的影响,以揭示其作用机制。 方法 :采用幽门结扎法制备大鼠胃溃疡模型,收集动物胃液,测定胃液体积、总酸度及胃蛋白酶活性;测量大鼠血清中一氧化氮(NO)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。 结果 :赤芍总苷能抑制幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠胃液量、总酸度及胃蛋白酶活性,且能显著增加其血清中NO含量和SOD活性,降低MDA含量。 结论 :赤芍总苷抗幽门结扎型胃溃疡的作用机理可能是通过促进防御因子,提高机体抗氧化能力实现的。
