瑞替普酶对前壁及广泛前壁心肌梗死患者溶栓前后心脏功能观察

目的通过容量负荷试验评价瑞替普酶对急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者溶栓前后心脏功能的影响。方法选择18例急性前壁及广泛前壁AMI患者进行瑞替普酶溶栓,溶栓前后24h内行漂浮导管连续监测,进行溶栓前后的比较。结果与溶栓前比较瑞替普酶溶栓后6h心功能出现明显改善,平均肺动脉压、肺嵌压明显下降（P〈0.01）,心脏指数明显升高（P〈0.01）。结论应用瑞替普酶溶栓可明显改善急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者的心功能。

Effect of reteplase thrombolytic therapy on cardiac function in patients with AMI

Objective To assess the effect of the reteplase thrombolytic therapy on cardiac function in patients with AMI.Methods Hemodynamic monitoring were performed immediately at the time of hospital admission and 24 hours after the reteplase thrombolytic treatment on eighteen patients with anterior wall AMI.Results At 6 hours after the reteplase thrombolytic therapy MPAP and PCWP were lower than that in pretreatmet（P〈0.01）;CI were higher than pretreatment（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The deta shows the reteplase thrombolytic therapy significantly improves cardiac function.
