| 摘 要： | 目的评估经腹彩色超声多普勒(彩超)在前置胎盘并发胎盘植入诊断中的价值。方法对25例经超声诊断的胎盘植入彩超图进行回顾性分析。结果本组25例患者经过诊断后,有20例经临床和病理证实为胎盘植入,有5例假阳性,正确诊断率为80.0%。结论胎盘植入的彩超诊断,对孕妇产时、产后处理起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of placenta increta by color Doppler.Methods25 cases were diagnosed the placenta previa were diagnosed by the color Doppler.ResultsAfter diagnosis,20 patients were proofed with the placenta increta,the correctly diagnosis rate was 80.0%.ConclusionColor Doppler ultrasound has a high sensitivity and specificity for the identification of placenta previa increta,it has the important value for pregnant women s diagnosis. |
