| 摘 要： | 目的了解嵊泗地区淡化海水作为饮用水水源长期饮用是否对人群的健康造成潜在危害,为制定干预措施提供参考依据。方法以不同种类饮用水人群为研究对象,对居民的饮食习惯、饮水习惯以及其他相关的生活习惯等开展流行病学调查。结果嵊泗调查人群冠心病的患病率随着年龄的增加而呈现升高趋势,不同的饮用水来源冠心病的患病率存在差异,总的患病率趋势表现为:淡化海水混合水源非淡化海水;多因素分析结果显示年龄、动物海产品摄入量、饮水来源是冠心病的主要影响因素。结论建立长期海水淡化水水质监测系统,继续深入开展人群健康与饮用海水淡化水关系相关调查十分必要。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the association of coronary heart disease with drinking of desalinated sea water in Shengsi Islands.
