前列腺素E_1与依那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效分析

比较前列腺素E_1联用依那普利与单用依那普利对糖尿病肾病在降低血压、减少尿蛋白及改善肾功能方面的临床疗效。方法:26例患者随机分为治疗组(n=14)和对照组(n=12),治疗组口服依那普利,静滴前列腺素E_1,对照组仅口服依那普利。治疗4周后统计疗效。结果:在降低血压、蛋白尿方面,两组治疗前后均有显著性差异。在改善肾功能方面,治疗组治疗前后有显著差异,而对照组无明显差异。结论:依那普利具有良好的降血压和减少尿蛋白作用,但近期内改善肾功能作用不明显,而联用前列腺素E_1,显示出良好的改善肾功能效果,可能与其改善肾脏微循环,拮抗依那普利—过性GFR减少有关。

The Curative Effects of Prostuglandin E1 (PGE1) and Enalapril on Diabetic Nephropathy(DN)

To compare the clinical curative effects of PGE1 and enalapril with that of single enalapril on DM in antihy- pertension, reducing urinary protein excretion and improving renal function. Methods: 26 patients were randomly divided into two groups: PGE1 group( n = 14), the patients were given enalapril and PGE1; Control group ( n = 12), the patients were given enalapril singly. Results: After 4 weeks, blood pressure and urinary protein of all patients reduced significantly (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Renal functions in PGE1 group were improved significantly( P < 0.05). However,these in control group had no changes (P > 0.05). Con-clusion: Enalapril can reduce blood pressure and urinary protein excretion,but it can not improve renal function. When PGE1 were used with enalapril, it may prevent the development of DN.
