| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病肾病不同阶段血清C反应蛋白浓度的变化及意义。方法正常对照组30例和2型糖尿病90例,根据尿白蛋白排泄率将糖尿病患者分为正常蛋白尿组、微量白蛋白尿组和临床蛋白尿组,测定C反应蛋白。结果2型糖尿病患者血清C反应蛋白浓度较正常对照组高;C反应蛋白浓度随尿白蛋白排泄率的增高而增高;C反应蛋白与三酰甘油和胆固醇相关。结论C反应蛋白的浓度与糖尿病肾病的程度存在一致性。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to discuss the changes of serum levels of C reactive protein(CRP) at different stages of diabetic nephropathy and its meaning.Methods 30 cases of normal control group and 90 cases of type 2 diabetes were chosen.The diabetes patients were divided into normal proteinuria group,microalbuminuria group and clinical proteinuria group according to urinary albumin excretory rate.The CRP levels were determined.Results The serum levels of CRP in type 2 diabetes patients were higher than that in normal control group.The CRP levels were increased with increment of urinary albumin excretory rate.CRP was correlated with triacylglycerol and cholesterol. Conclusion The CRP levels are correlated with the degree of diabetic nephropathy. |
