心肌速度梯度评价原发性高血压左室舒张功能

摘    要:目的 探讨心脏左室长轴及短轴方向舒张早期心肌速度梯度(MVGe)评价高血压左室舒张功能的价值。方法 研究40例原发性高血压非左室心肌肥厚(NLVH)患者和30例正常人长轴及短轴方向上的JMVGe,并与心肌速度指标作对比。结果 NLVH组左室后壁长轴及短轴方向的JMVGe较对照组均显著降低(P〈0.001)。MVGe指标对左室舒张功能减低的检出率高于心肌速度指标的检出率。结论心脏左室长轴及短轴方向MVGe可以准确评价高血压左室舒张功能,为心肌舒张功能评价提供了一个新的量化指标,比心肌速度指标更敏感。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the value of peak myocardial velocity gradient(MVGe)in early diastole on both longitudinal and radial axis in evaluating left ventricular diastolic function in hypertension patients.Methods Totally 40 hypertension patients with NLVH and 30 normal subjects as the control group underwent QTVI study.Some parameters such as MVGe of left ventricular posterior wall on both longitudinal and radial axis (MVGel_1,MVGel_2,MVGer) were measured.Results Compared with the control group,NLVH group had a significant decreased MVGel_1,MVGel_2,and MVGer.The detection rates of MVGe were higher than the rates of myocardial velocity indices.Conclusions The parameters in MVGe on both longitudinal and radial axes can be used accurately to evaluate left ventricular diastolic function in hypertension patients and were more sensitive than myocardial velocity indices.
