| 摘 要： | 2003年11月,美国心脏病学学会(ACC)／欧洲心脏病学学会(ESC)在美国和欧洲同时发表肥厚型心肌病(hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,HCM)的专家共识。2004年美国心脏病协会(AHA)以科学声明形式发表有关青年遗传心血管病患体力活动和竞赛体育运动的建议。上述件的内容与1995年世界卫生组织(WHO)／世界心脏病协会(ISFC)的心肌病定义和分类相比,变化很大。专家们就HCM的临床和治疗方面提出新的共识,如HCM定义、诊断、药物以外的治疗选择和HCM心原性猝死(SCD)的预防、治疗及置人心脏复律除颤器(ICD)装置的治疗价值等。
