| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小梁切开术联合小梁切除术治疗婴幼儿性青光眼的疗效。方法由外Schlemm管断端插入小梁切开器切开Schlemm管内壁及小梁网,范围120°,并联合小梁切除术。结果术后患者症状消失,角膜横径及杯/盘比无扩大,眼压随访6个月后控制良好,控制在<2.8kPa。结论小梁切开术联合小梁切除术,是一种有效的治疗婴幼儿性青光眼的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of external trabeculotomy with trabeculectomy in the treat- ment of infant congenital glaucoma. Methods To insert trabeculum incision device via Schlemm tube and open Schlemm endospore and pectinate ligament （scope is 120°） with trabeculectomy. Results Chnical Symptoms disap- peared after operation. Cornea diameter transversa and C/D had no dilatation. Intraocular tension controlled well after 6 month followed. Conclusion External trabeculotomy with trabeculectomy is an effective method in the treatment of in- fant congenital glaucoma. |
