后路小切口全髋关节置换的临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的 观察后路小切口人工全髋关节置换术的临床效果.方法 分析2005年1月~2005年12月15例运用后路小切口全髋关节置换术患者与同期16例运用传统后外侧切口全髋关节置换术患者的资料,在切口大小、手术时间、手术出血量、术后输血量,术前术后Harris评分等方面进行比较.结果 小切口组患者在切口长度、手术出血总量、术后输血等方面明显优于传统切口组(P<0.01);手术时间及术前术后Harris评分两组无统计学意义.结论 后外侧小切口全髋关节置换具有创伤小、出血少、功能恢复好,可选择性的用于部分患者.

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical results of posterior mini-incision THA(total hip arthroplasty).Methods 15 cases treated with posterior mini-incision approach and 16 cases treated with standard-incision THA were studied.The comparative items included incisional length,preoperative bleeding,operative time,transfusion volume,Harris scores before and after operation.Results There was significant difference between two groups in incisional length,preoperative bleeding and transfusion volume.The operation time and Harris scores before and after operation were similar in two groups.Conclusion Posterior mini-incision total hip arthroplasty have the advantages of less traumatic,less blood loss and rapid functional recovery and can be selectively admitted in some patients.
