126例住院患者脂肪肝临床特点和相关危险因素分析

目的探讨消化科住院脂肪肝患者的临床特点和相关危险因素。方法运用回顾性分析结合Logisdc回归模型分析的方法，探讨消化科住院确诊126例脂肪肝患者的相关危险因素和临床特点并与123例正常对照组比较。结果多因素回归分析显示，男性、高脂饮食、饮酒、肥胖、空腹血糖增高、糖尿病、胆固醇增高及三酰甘油增高、高血压病与脂肪肝的发生密切相关．均为脂肪肝的危险因素。结论男性、高脂饮食、饮酒、肥胖、空腹血糖增高、糖尿病、三酰甘油增高、高血压病为脂肪肝发生的独立危险因素。改善原有的不良饮食结构、加强锻炼、控制体重、控制血糖及血脂水平定期体检，为预防脂肪肝的重要措施。
