| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨五灵脂粉末显微鉴别的特征及其与伪品的区别,方法:应用光学显微镜对10种56批次五灵脂商品进行了显微特征观察.结果:发现五灵脂粉末特征单一,也较恒定,伪品五录脂粉未特征较复杂,结论:气孔类型及表皮细胞形态可作为五灵脂粉未显微鉴别的一个指标,非腺毛类型可作为鉴别的参考.

| Abstract: | Object To distinguish WULINGZHI, the powdered dry excrement of Trogopterus xanthipes (Petauristidae) from its imitations Methods 10 samples from 56 batches of WULINGZHI obtained from the market were examined by light microscopy Results The microscopic characteristic of the genuine product appeared to be consistently simple, while that of the faked imitations were more complex Conclusion Type of stoma, and morphological characteristics of the epithelial cell can be used as the criteria for microscopic distinction, with type of non glandular hair as auxiliary reference |
