舒适护理在破宫产手术中的应用体会

目的：探讨舒适护理在破宫产手术中的应用效果。方法：选择产科120例择期破宫产手术患者,随机分成观察组（60例）和对照组（60例）,分别采用舒适护理和常规护理方式对其实施护理,比较两者生理、心理指标及满意度等方面的差异。结果：采用舒适护理后,观察组的生理、心理各指标明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）、对护理服务满意度优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：通过舒适护理能够减轻患者的生理、心理应激反应,调整患者的身心呈最佳舒适状态,积极配合手术,使手术顺利完成,取得了满意的护理效果。

Comfortable Nursing Application in Uterine-Incision Delivery Operation

Objective：Discuss comfortable nursing application effect in uterine-incision delivery operation.Methods：Select maternity 120 cases of elective surgery patients,in random into the observation group（60 cases）and the control group（60 cases）,respectively,and adopts comfortable nursing care to its conventional manner,compares and physiological indexes and satisfaction,etc.Results：The comfortable nursing,physiological,each index significantly lower than in control group（P0.01）,the satisfaction of nursing services than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusions：Through the comfortable nursing to patients with ease and physiological response to stress,adjust and comfortable with a state,and actively cooperate with surgery,make the operation successfully completed,obtaining satisfactory effect of nursing.
