摘    要:从系统生物学角度对不同病种的肾虚证患者和肾虚模型动物的研究,目前已建立了部分肾阳虚、肾阴虚证的基因组学、蛋白组学和代谢组学数据库,为下一步揭示中医肾虚证的本质提供了客观的指标和依据。

Abstract:By studying on the kidney deficiency(KD)patients with different diseases and models of KD from the perspective of Systemic Biology,some database in genomics,proteomics and metabonomics of Kidney-Yang and Kidney-Ying Deficiency syndrome has been built,which could supply the objective data for further research on KD syndrome.
