摘    要:目的:将计算机引入小鼠游泳测试仪,为抗疲劳中药提供一套客观、准确的指标评价体系。方法:选用已完善的小鼠游泳计算机自动控制系统,对经典的抗疲劳中药人参进行动物实验,以建立抗疲劳指标评价体系。结果:小鼠游泳计算机自动控制系统所获数据游泳时间、不动时间、死亡时间、首次下沉时间、下沉时间、游泳距离、游泳时间比率、不动时间比率能准确、有效的评价反映小鼠的行为学改变,对抗疲劳中药的评价有意义。结论:基于小鼠游泳的计算机自动管理系统指标评价体系可用于抗疲劳中药的研究。

Abstract:Objective:For the anti-fatigue medicine to provide an objective,accurate evaluation System.Methods:The computer-aided automatic control system for measuring swimming in mice is complete,Using the classic anti-fatigue Ginseng animal experiments to establish anti-fatigue index evaluation system.Results:Data from the computer-aided automatic control system is scientific,objective and meaningful evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine against fatigue such as swimming time(SWT),immobility time(IT),time of death(TD),first sink time(FST),sink time(ST),swimming distance(SWD),swimming time ratio(STR),immobility time ratio(ITR),sink time ratio(STR).Conclusion:Data from the computer-aided automatic control system can be widely used in the research of anti-fatigue drugs.
