| 摘 要： | 目的：观察传统中药名方生髓育麟汤治疗少精子症的临床疗效。方法：选取84名少精子症患者分成两组,试验组采用生髓育麟汤治疗,对照组采用五子衍宗片治疗,共2个疗程,观察治疗前后精液质量及畸形率的变化。结果：试验组在提高精液质量及降低畸形率方面优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：生髓育麟汤能有效治疗男性少精子症。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the efficacy of Shengsui Yulin decoction on oligospermatism.Methods：Eighty-four patients with oligospermatism were randomLy divided into two groups,the control group treated with Wuzi Yanzong pills and the treated group with Shengsui Yulin decoction.The therapeutic efficacy were evaluated after 2 treatment cycles.Results：There were remarkable differences between the two groups（P0.05）,the treated group showed a better effect than the control group in improving sperm quality and reducing aberration rate.Conclusion：Shengsui Yulin decoction could improve the sperm quality for the patients with oligospermia. |
