疏肝降逆法治疗反流性食管炎的理论探讨

摘    要:反流性食管炎(RE)是消化道常见的一种疾病,西方国家人群十分常见,我国的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,其发病机制尚未完全清楚,其中胃食管交界异常引发反流的机制中一过性食管下段括约肌(LES)松弛是反流性食管炎的最主要发病机制。西药治疗虽然可以取得一定的疗效,但是疗程较长,治疗后复发率较高,长期疗效差,中医临床研究报道多侧重于中医药治疗反流性食管炎的疗效观察,缺乏中医药治疗反流性食管炎的理论分析,作者认为治疗反流性食管炎当以疏肝降逆为基本治疗大法,文章着重对疏肝降逆法治疗反流性食管炎的理论基础作一深入探讨。

Abstract:Reflux Esophagitis(RE)is a kind of digestive disease which is commonly seen especially in western countries and also increasing year by year in China.The pathogenesis of it hasn't been recognized clearly enough yet and transient lower esophageal sphincter(LES)relaxation is now seen as the primary pathogenesis of RE.As far as the treatment of RE is concerned,although western Medicine does have therapeutic effects to some extent,there are some defects that can't be avoided such as long treatment-course,high recurrence rate and poor long-term effect.When it comes to treatment with TCM,the reports of clinical research always stress on the observation of therapeutic effect without sufficient theoretical analysis.In this article,soothing liver and descending adverse flow of qi is regarded as the fundamental therapy for treatment of RE and exploration in-depth of its theoretical basis will be conducted.
