羌月乳膏治疗单纯性女阴瘙痒症

目的：观察羌月乳膏治疗单纯性女阴瘙痒症疗效。方法：80例分为两组,治疗组40例外用羌月乳膏,涂患处,早、晚各1次;对照组40例,外用0.1%曲安奈德霜（本院自制）,早晚各1次,两组均同时口服皿治林（咪唑斯汀）10mg/d,两组均连续治疗4周。结果：治疗组有效率62.50%,对照组有效率65.00%,两组比较,差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。两组治疗前后总积分差值为治疗组2.14±1.71,对照组2.10±1.68,经统计学分析差异无显著性（t=0.21,P〉0.05）,但是在治疗2周后治疗组的瘙痒积分0.45±0.51,对照组瘙痒积分0.82±0.77,差异有统计学意义;而在疗程结束时,治疗组的继发皮损积分0.31±0.65,对照组的继发皮损积分0.03±0.17,差异也有统计学意义。结论：外用羌月乳膏治疗单纯性女阴瘙痒症,其疗效与外用曲安奈德霜相近,但其止痒效果优于后者,对继发皮损改善逊于后者。

Qiangyue Cream Treat Simple Vulva Pruritus

Objective：To observe the effects of treating simple vulva pruritus with Qiangyue Cream.Methods：The 80 cases were divided into two groups.Among the treatment group of 40 cases the patients applied Qiangyue Cream on affected part for external use twice a day.Among the control group of 40 cases the patients took 10mg Mizolastine every day,and applied 0.1% Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream tqice a day.The two groups had been treated continuously for four weeks.Results：The efficient of the treatment group was 62.50% and that of the control group 65%.There was no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The total points differences of the two groups before and past treatment were 2.14±1.71 of the treatment group and 2.10±1.68 of the control group.And there was no significant difference（t=0.21,P0.05）by the statistical analysis,but the itching points among the treatment group after treated over two weeks was 0.45±0.51 and that of the control group 0.82±0.77,and there was the statistical difference;When at the end of the treatment,the secondary skin lesion points of the treatment group was 0.31±0.65 and that of the control group 0.03±0.17,and there was also the statistical difference.Conclusion：The effect of treating the simple vulva pruritus with Qiangyue Cream was similar to that of Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream,but the effect of stopping itching of the former was better than that of the latter while the effect of improving the secondary skin lesions was inferior to the latter.
