| 摘 要： | 长期以来,临床上存在着这样一个现象,不同个体对高血压病的易感性存在差异,而同样患高血压病的患者其临床表现在不同个体间也存在着显著的差异。随着分子生物学的不断进展,人类为了解释这一差异,将其与基因多态性联系了起来,很多研究也获得了可喜的成果。下面就基因多态性与高血压病及其中医证型相关性的研究简单综述,这将对解释高血压病的易感性、揭示高血压病各证型的实质、促进辨证分型的规范化、客观化有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Clinically,the susceptibility of hypertension is different among people,and the syndrome type is also different between patients.Along with the progress of medical molecular biology,we are exploring the correlation between polymorphism of gene and hypertension,and have found some correlations.In this essay,I review the correlation both between polymorphism of gene and hypertension and syndrome type of TCM. |
