当归芍药散加味治疗女大学生痛经疗效观察

目的：观察当归芍药散加味治疗女大学生痛经的临床疗效。方法：将203例女大学生痛经患者随机分为两组。治疗组采用当归芍药散加味治疗,对照组予西医常规止痛治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为91.38%,对照组总有效率为81.48%,两组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）;对照组有9例出现上腹隐痛、恶心等不适,治疗组无明显不良反应。结论：当归芍药散加味治疗女大学生痛经疗效确切,作用安全,值得推广。

Clinical Observation on Dysmenorrhea of Female College Students with Modified Danggui Shaoyao San

Objective：To observe the clinical effect on the treatment of dysmenorrhea of female college students with Modified Danggui Shaoyao San.Methods：203 cases were randomLy divided into two groups.The treatment group were given Modified Danggui Shaoyao San,and the control group were given conventional western medicine to treat pain.Results：The total effective rate was 91.38% in treatment group and 81.48% in control group with significant difference（P0.05）;9 patients in Control group had upper abdominal pain,nausea,and the treatment group had no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion：The clinical effect on treatment of dysmenorrhea of female college students with Modified Danggui Shaoyao San is remarkable and safely,so it is considered for clinical.
