摘    要:目的:建立测定藤三七不同部位中(包括珠芽、茎、叶、花)Desmosflavone含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(250×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸水(60:40),流速为1mL.min-1,检测波长为268nm,柱温:30℃。结果:Desmosflavone在0.528~6.60μg.mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系r=0.9999(n=6),平均回收率(n=9)为99.0%(RSD=1.1%)。结论:该方法简单、准确,可为该药材的利用提供信息。

Abstract:Objective:To obtain and develop a HPLC method for the determination of the content of Desmosflavone in the root,stem,leaf,flower of Boussingaultia gracilis Miers var.Pseudobaselloides Bailey.Methods:Desmosflavone was isolatedby silica gel column chromatography and identified by spectral data.A Kromasil C18 column(250×4.6mm,5μm) with a solvent system consisting of methanol-0.05%H3PO4(V∶V=10∶90) was used,the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1,and the detecting wavelength was set at 254 nm,the column temperature was 30 temperature.Results:The Linear in the range of 0.528~6.60μg·mL-1 with correlation coefficient of 0.9999(n = 6).The average recoveries of calycosin was 99.0% with RSD of 1.1%(n=9).Conclusions:The method is sensitive,accurate,rapid,and it is suitable for the quality control of Boussingaultia gracilis Miers var.Pseudobaselloides Bailey.
