RP-HPLC法测定藤三七不同部位中Desmosflavone的含量

目的：建立测定藤三七不同部位中（包括珠芽、茎、叶、花）Desmosflavone含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法：采用Kromasil C18色谱柱（250×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸水（60：40）,流速为1mL.min-1,检测波长为268nm,柱温：30℃。结果：Desmosflavone在0.528~6.60μg.mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系r=0.9999（n=6）,平均回收率（n=9）为99.0%（RSD=1.1%）。结论：该方法简单、准确,可为该药材的利用提供信息。

RP-HPLC Determination of the Content of Desmosflavone in Boussingaultia Gracilis Miers Var.Pseudobaselloides Bailey

Objective：To obtain and develop a HPLC method for the determination of the content of Desmosflavone in the root,stem,leaf,flower of Boussingaultia gracilis Miers var.Pseudobaselloides Bailey.Methods：Desmosflavone was isolatedby silica gel column chromatography and identified by spectral data.A Kromasil C18 column（250×4.6mm,5μm） with a solvent system consisting of methanol-0.05%H3PO4（V∶V=10∶90） was used,the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1,and the detecting wavelength was set at 254 nm,the column temperature was 30 temperature.Results：The Linear in the range of 0.528~6.60μg·mL-1 with correlation coefficient of 0.9999（n = 6）.The average recoveries of calycosin was 99.0% with RSD of 1.1%（n=9）.Conclusions：The method is sensitive,accurate,rapid,and it is suitable for the quality control of Boussingaultia gracilis Miers var.Pseudobaselloides Bailey.
