温通法治疗类风湿性关节炎寒湿痹阻证临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察温通法治疗类风湿性关节炎寒湿痹阻证的临床疗效。方法:采用随机分组的方式,治疗组38例采用温通汤,对照组38例口服芬必得,均连续服药2个月,分别观察主要症状、体征、生化指标及不良反应。结果:两组均能改善上述观察指标(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),运用温通汤治疗38例,总有效率及主要症状、体征均明显优于对照组(P〈0.05),且中药组无任何毒副作用。结论:中药温通汤具有温经通络、祛风除湿、消肿止痛的作用,对类风湿性关节炎寒湿痹阻证疗效肯定,中药治疗RA具有推广价值。

Abstract:Objective:Observe the therapeutic effect of treatment of rheumatoidarthritis with arthragia-blockade syndrome by means of warming and smoothing meridian.Methods:With random grouping,the therapy group with 38 patients was treated with warming and smoothing meridian,the reference group with 38 patients were treated with taking Fenbid orally.During two months of continuous treatment,observe the cardinal symptoms,signs,biochemical indexes and untoward reactions of two groups.Results:All indexes above mentioned improved(P0.05 or P0.01).The therapy group treated with warming and smoothing meridian is obviously better than the reference group in aspect of total effective rate,cardinal symptoms and signs(P0.05),furthermore,Chinese medicine rise to less toxic reaction or side effects.Conclution:Chinese medicine broth of warming and smoothing meridian has the efficiency of warming and smoothing meridian,dispelling pathogenic wind and dampness,relieving swelling and pain,and it is affirmatively effective to rheumatoidarthritis with arthragia-blockade syndrome,and Chinese medicine treatment of RA is worthy of using widely.
