| 摘 要： | 目的：建立中满分消丸中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用RP-HPLC高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Zorbax SB-C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）。以乙腈-水-磷酸（23∶77∶0.2）为流动相,检测波长277nm,流速1.0mL.min-1,柱温25℃。结果：黄芩苷的进样量在0.204~2.040μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.2%,RSD=2.8%。结论：该方法灵敏、准确、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To develop a method for determination of baicalin in Zhongman Fenxiao Pill.Methods：Baicalin was determined by RP-HPLC,on a ZORBAX SB-C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid（23：77：0.2） and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.The UV detector was set at 277nm and the column temperature was 25℃.Results：Baicalin had a good linear relationship at the range of 0.204 ~2.040μg,r=0.9999.The average recovery of baicalin was 100.2%,RSD=2.8%.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and stable for the quality control of Zhongman Fenxiao Pill. |
