针刺与中药结合治疗周围性面瘫近况

周围性面瘫是临床常见病、多发病,有关治疗的报道很多,但对近年来文献进行收集整理时发现,其中针刺治疗周围性面瘫为最多且疗效肯定,常常结合药物一起使用,疗效更为显著。文章综述了近年来针刺与中药结合治疗周围性面瘫,包括针刺配合中药内服、针刺配合中药外敷、针刺配合中药内服外用,并对针刺治疗中存在的问题作了讨论,以期对此有一个系统、清晰的认识。

Recent Developments of Combining with Traditional Acupuncture Treatment and Medicine on Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Peripheral facial paralysis is clinical common and frequently-occurring disease.Many relevant reports on the treatment of the disease,among reports in recent literature collection,acupuncture therapy found most and curative effect,often with medicines,more significant effect.This paper reviewed recent years with acupuncture treatment on peripheral facial paralysis,combing with Chinese medicine,including acupuncture needle with Chinese medicine orally,and acupuncture with Chinese medicine take orally and external use,discussed the problems of acupuncture treatment,in order to have a clear systemic understanding of the disease.
