天麻多糖提取纯化及表征方法研究进展

摘    要:通过对天麻多糖的提取、分离纯化及表征方法作总结,为进一步研究和工业化生产提供参考。以“天麻多糖”“提取纯化”“表征方法”等为关键词在国内外数据库中查阅文献,并对其相关内容作综述。天麻多糖常用水提取、层析法纯化、波谱法表征,可以应用新型提取分离技术。目前的提取方法较为传统,分离纯度较低,虽已大多采用新技术进行结构表征,但未有统一指标,其在工业化中的应用有待进一步研究。

Abstract:To provide the basis for further research and industrial production by summarizing the extraction, separation, purification and characterization of Gastrodia elata Polysaccharides. Relevant literatures on " Gastrodia elata Polysaccharides", " extraction and purification" and " characterization methods" were searched in domestic and foreign databases, and a comprehensive review of the related content was conducted. The commonly used method for extracting Gastrodia elata Polysaccharides is water extraction, with chromatography being used for purification and spectroscopy for characterization. New extraction and separation techniques can be applied. However, the current extraction methods are relatively traditional and the separation purity is low. Although new techniques have been utilized for structural characterization, there is still no unified standard. Therefore, further research is needed to explore its application in industrial production.
