摘    要:目的:探讨肾脏病病人头发中微量元素Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca与其肾功能之间的关系。方法:用原子吸收光谱分析法到定64例肾脏病病人头发中微量元素,同时测定其肾功能,进行对比分析。结果:肾脏病病人头发中四种微量元素均较正常人有不同程度的降低。结论:肾脏病病人以肾功能不全失代偿期各种微量元素降低最为明显。Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca随肾功能减退程度而明显降低。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the relations of trace elements (Zn, Cu, Fe, Ca) in the hair of kidney patients and their renal function. Methods: Measured trace|elements in the hairs of 64 kidney patients by atomic absorption spectroscopy, meanwhile, these patients' renal function being determined, comparing with and analysing the both. Results: Four kinds of hair trace elements of kidney patients are lower than normal people in different levels. Conclusion: Each trace elements are the lowest level in the period of renal failure. The levels of Zn, Cu, Fe, Ca are decreasing with renal function receding increasingly.;
