| 摘 要： | 目的探讨事发现场附近急救中心或基层医院在大血管损伤救治中发挥的作用。方法对38例躯干及四肢大血管损伤病例进行了回顾性的分析。结果全组病例中，除2例因失血性休克死亡外，其余病例均痊愈，无血管损伤术后并发症。结论事发现场附近的急救中心或基层医院在躯干及四肢大血管创伤的的救治上是切实可行的，并具有明显的救治时效优势和损伤控制优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To discover the effect of first aid in the regional hospital in vascular injury of trunk and extremities. Methods 38 cases of vascular injury in trunk and extremities were reviewed. Results Except 2 cases were died for blood-losing shock,the rest cases were healed without vascular complication after operation. Conclusion The regional hospital is active in the first-aid of trunk and extremity vascular trauma .They have a predominance in treating effect and damage control surgery. |
