临床路径在子宫肌瘤患者围手术期护理中的应用

目的探讨临床路径在子宫肌瘤患者围手术期护理中的应用。方法选取2010年1月至2011年12月我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者共160例,随机分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组采用临床护理路径,对照组采用常规的护理干预。结果护理后两组患者的初次下床时间、初次排气时间、住院天数和住院费用比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者对疾病知识掌握度差异具有统计学意义(88.75%VS 65.00%,P<0.05);实验组患者的满意度明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径能有效地提高临床疗效及护理质量,因此值得在临床上推广应用。

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway on Patients of Fibroid in Perioperative Period

Objective Learn the application of clinical nursing pathway on patients of fibroid in perioperative period.Methods 160 patients of fibroid from Jan 2010 to Dec 2011 divided into 2 groups.The experiment group used clinical nursing pathway while the control group used common nursing.Results The diverse of the first time out of bed,the first exhaust time,hospital day and hospital costs of two group had significance（P〈0.05）.The diverse of degree of health-grasping of two groups had significance（88.75% VS 65.00%,P〈0.05）.The degree of satisfaction of experiment group was obviously higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can effectively enhance clinic effect and quality of care,which is worth using widely in clinic.
