高频电容场联合痔切闭术治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ度混合痔的研究

目的：探讨高频电容场（HCPT）联合痔切闭术（Excision—closed hemorrhoidectomy）治疗Ⅲ-Ⅳ度混合痔的临床疗效。方法：将216例Ⅲ～Ⅳ度混合痔患者用随机数字法分为试验组（HCPT联合痔切闭术治疗107例）和对照组（HCPT治疗109例），对临床资料进行对比分析。观察术中及术后的治疗情况，并对两组患者的手术时间、住院天数、术后并发症及随访资料进行比较分析。结果：两组患者术后症状均有明显改善，但高频电容场联合痔切闭术组在手术时间、住院天数、术后肛缘水肿，创面愈合时间方面明显优于高频电容场组。结论：高频电容场联合痔切闭术治疗Ⅲ-Ⅳ度混合痔，是一种有效方法，手术安全，近期疗效确切，手术和住院时间短、缩短了疗程，有效地减少了并发症，值得广大基层医院推广。

Treatment of mixed hemorrhoids at Ⅲ to Ⅳ degree by HCPT combined with excision-closed hemorrhoidectomy

Objective： To investigate the efficacy and security of high capacitor pile treatment （HCFF） combined with excision- closed hemorrhoidectomy in treating mixed hemorrhoids at Ⅲ to Ⅳ degree. Methods： A total of 216 patients with mixed hemorrhoids at m to IV degree were randomly divided into the experiment group （107 cases） and control group （109 cases）, and were treated by HCPF combined with excision -closed hemorrhoidectomy and HCPF alone respectively. The operation duration, days of hospital stay, postoperative complications and follow -up data were compared between the two groups. Results： Clinical symptoms were ameliorated after operation in both groups. The experiment group was significantly better than the control group in operation duration, days of hospital stay, postoperative anal margin edema and wound healing time （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： HCPF combined with excision - closed hemorrhoidectomy is an effective, safe and fewer - complication remedy in treating mixed hemorrhoids at Ⅲ to Ⅳ degree.
