胃瘤安对脾虚小鼠胃肠功能的影响

摘    要:目的:观察胃瘤安对脾虚小鼠胃动力及肠推进作用的影响。方法:采用大黄建立脾虚小鼠模型后,腹腔注射多巴胺,计算炭末推进率和胃残留率,观察胃瘤安不同组方对多巴胺抑制脾虚小鼠胃蠕动的影响;建立脾虚小鼠模型后,腹腔注射新斯的明,观察胃瘤安对肠推进作用的影响。结果:胃瘤安全方高剂量组、胃瘤安(三棱、莪术)高剂量组对多巴胺致脾虚小鼠的炭末推进率明显降低(P〈0.05);胃瘤安全方高剂量组、胃瘤安(三棱、莪术)高剂量组、胃瘤安(无三棱、莪术)低剂量组对多巴胺致脾虚小鼠的胃残留率明显增加(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);胃瘤安全方高剂量组对新斯的明致脾虚小鼠的炭末推进率明显降低(P〈0.05),胃瘤安全方高剂量组、胃瘤安全方低剂量组、胃瘤安(三棱、莪术)高剂量组、胃瘤安(三棱、莪术)低剂量组、胃瘤安(无三棱、莪术)高剂量组、胃瘤安(无三棱、莪术)低剂量组均对新斯的明致脾虚小鼠的胃残留率明显增加(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论:胃瘤安不同组方均有改善胃动力,调节肠推进运动的作用,以胃瘤安全方作用为佳。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the influence of Weiliuan on stomach dynamics and intestine propulsive role of rats of spleen deficiency. Methods:Dahuang was adopted to establish the model of rats of spleen deficiency;Dopamine was injected into rats' abdominal cavity;The charcoal propulsion rate and the gastric residual rate were calculated;The influence of different formulas of Weiliuan on Dopamine in restraining peristole of rats of spleen deficiency;Rats' abdominal cavity was injected into proserine;And the influence of Weiliuan on intestine propulsive role. Results:The charcoal propulsion rates of the total Weiliuan high- dosage group and the Weiliuan- Sanleng- Ezhu high- dosage group on rats of spleen deficiency caused by Dopamine obviously decreased(P〈0.05);The gastric residual rates of the total Weiliuan high-dosage group and the Weiliuan-Sanleng-Ezhu high-dosage group and the Weiliuan- Without- Sanleng- And- Ezhu low- dosage group on rats of spleen deficiency caused by Dopamine obviously increased(P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01);The charcoal propulsion rates of the total Weiliuan high- dosage group on rats of spleen deficiency caused by proserine obviously decreased(P〈0. 05);The gastric residual rates of the total Weiliuan high- dosage group,the total Weiliuan low- dosage group,the Weiliuan- Sanleng- Ezhu high- dosage group,the Weiliuan- Sanleng-Ezhu low- dosage group,the Weiliuan- Without- Sanleng- And- Ezhu high- dosage group and the Weiliuan- Without- Sanleng- And- Ezhu low- dosage group on rats of spleen deficiency caused by proserine obviously increased( P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). Conclusion:Different formulas of Weiliuan can improve stomach dynamics and regulate intestine propulsion,and among of them the total Weiliuan formula has the best effect.
