放松技巧联合针灸镇痛在分娩中的临床应用

目的探讨放松技巧联合针灸镇痛在分娩中的临床疗效。方法将深圳市龙华新区中心医院2011年1月至2014年4月收治的500例产妇随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各250例。对照组采用传统方法进行产时护理及健康教育,产程中指导产妇深呼吸、分散注意力、开展导乐分娩等方式减轻产妇分娩时的疼痛;观察组在此基础上,应用拉梅兹分娩法并进行特制分娩放松技巧联合针灸镇痛。观察产妇产程相关指标。结果两组产妇产程中的疼痛程度、产程中转剖宫产例数、钳产例数、顺产例数、总产程时间比较,观察组均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论放松技巧联合针灸镇痛可降低产妇疼痛程度及剖宫产率。

Clinical application of relaxation techniques combined with acupuncture analgesia on delivery

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of relaxation techniques combined with acupuncture analgesia in delivery. Methods 500 puerperas in Shenzhen City Longhua District Central Hospital during January 2011 to April 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group and control group with 250 cases in each group. Control group：Using the traditional method of intrapartum care and health education,puerperas were guided with deep breathing and distraction during delivery,Doula delivery was applied to reduce the labor pain. Observation group：Using Ramez special delivery,relaxation techniques combined with acupuncture analgesia were applied. The maternal labor related indicators of two groups were observed. Results The observation group was superior in the labor pain degree,cesarean section rate,transferring to cesarean section during delivery cases,forceps delivery cases,eutocia cases, total labor time （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The relaxation techniques combined with acupuncture analgesia could reduce labor pain of puerpera and cesarean section rate.
