某幼儿园18例手足口病的流行病学调查

目的掌握手足口病流行特征,为制订幼儿园爆发流行的预防控制措施提供依据。方法用统一调查表对患病学生家长进行询问,治愈者回顾性追踪调查。对波及班级、流行特征、防治措施等进行分析。结果发病18人,罹患率18.95%,均为轻型病例,经治疗均痊愈,采取综合防治措施后疫情得到有效控制。结论加强手足口病疫情监测,早发现,早报告,早隔离,早处理,有效切断传播途径,是控制手足口病爆发的主要措施。

Epidemiological Investigations on 18 Hand,Food and Mouth Disease Cases in a Nursery

Objectives To learn the epidemiological characteristics of hand, food and mouth disease （HFMD） and provide the basis for formulating prevention and control measures of outbreak in nursery. Methods All HFMD cases and their parents were surveyed and the epideminlogical characteristics, prevention and control measures were analyzed. Results There were 18 HFMD cases. Attack rate was 18.95%. All were light cases and were cured. The epidemic was controlled effectively. Conelusinns The important control measures of HFMD were enhancing surveillance and early discovery, early reporting, early isolation and early treatment and cutting offthe transmission effectively.
