摘    要:目的探讨体外授精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)在控制性超促排卵(controlled ovarian hyperstimulation,COH)过程中垂体激素与卵巢激素的变化规律及其意义。方法动态监测38例行IVF-ET的患者基础和COH过程中促卵泡生成素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、促黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、催乳素(prolactin,PRL)、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、孕酮(progesterone,P)、睾酮(testosterone,T)血清水平。结果 COH过程中,垂体激素FSH水平主要受外源性FSH的影响,LH一直低于基础LH水平,而PRL变化与月经生理的改变基本相似;卵巢激素E2值随卵泡生长显著升高,P变化趋势与月经生理相似,T于卵泡成熟时显著增高。结论 COH中PRL水平与月经生理周期的变化相似,而T可能与卵泡发育有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the trends of hypophyseal hormone and ovarian hormone during the process of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation( COH)in assisted reproductive techniques. Methods The follicle stimulating hormone(DSH),luteinizing hormone( LH),prolactin( PRL),estradiol( E2 ),progesterone( P)and testosterone( T)in blood serum of 38 patients were dynamically monitored. Results During COH,the trend of DSH was influenced by ectogenic DSH,LH was below basal level,PRL exhibited the similar trends as natural menstrual cycle,E2 increased significantly as follicular development,P changed as natural menstrual cycle,T increased with the maturation of follicle. Conclusion The trend of PRL during COH is similar to natural menstrual cycle,T is related to follicular development.
