| 摘 要： | 目的探讨3种不同局麻药分别作臂丛神经阻滞的临床效果。方法对我院1995~2004年,分别以利多卡因、布比卡因和这两种药物的混合液作臂丛神经阻滞的3组病例,进行临床对比。结果3组在显效时间上无显著性差异(P>0.05),布比卡因组与混合组在维持时间上无显著性差异(P>0.05),与利多卡因组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论0.5%布比卡因用于臂丛神经阻滞,作用维持时间长,不良反应小,有较大的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effects of brachial plexus block of three different local anesthetic.Methods A clinical comparison was made on 3 groups with different local anesthetic which were operated in our hospital from 1995~2004.Results Among 3 groups there's no difference in time of taking effect(P>0.05),there's no obvious difference in keeping time between group of Bupivacaine and group of mixture(P>0.05),there's obvious difference compared with group of Lidocaine(P<0.01).Conclusion The group of Bupivacaine 0.5% were better than others. |
