| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗难治性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法72例随机分成治疗组和对照组,两组均采用西药常规方法治疗,治疗组加用参附复脉汤。结果治疗组总有效率861%,对照组总有效率639%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<005)。结论中西医结合治疗难治性心力衰竭临床疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of combination of western medicine and TCM in treating refractory heart failure in clinic.Method:72 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with routine remedy in western medicine.The patients in the study group were treated with Shenfu Fumai Decoction in addition.Result:The total effective rate of the study group is 86.1% while that of the control group is 63.9%.There was great difference in the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The results indicated that Shenfu Fumai Decoction has preferable therapeutic effect on refractory heart failure.
