我国城市社区卫生服务研究10年文献分析

目的分析我国城市社区卫生服务相关研究的文献资料,以了解我国开展城市社区卫生服务10年来的研究状况和发展趋势。方法利用中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)医药卫生专辑,采用文献计量法,分析关键词、作者合作度、合著率、多产作者、年发文量、论文的系统及期刊分布等指标和内容。结果共检索到1997-2006年间(因2007年收录不全,故截至到2006年底)论文716篇,发表在145种期刊上,论文涉及的第一作者共478人。结论定量分析了我国城市社区卫生服务研究的主要人物、系统分布及研究现状,明确了目前研究的重点、热点、主要研究人员和主要机构,以期使卫生工作人员全面了解我国城市社区卫生服务的研究现状,为下一步如何开展和完善相关研究提供数据支持。

Analysis on Literatures about Community Health Servic in Chinese Cities in Recent 10 years

Objective To analyze the literatures about the research on community health service in Chinese cities,and to understand the research status and the development tendency about community health serve in chinese cities in the past 10 years. Methods By use of literature metrology,the key word,the authors' cooperation degree and rate,the copious authors,the volume of issued paper per year,paper's system and periodical distribution in the medicine health special edition of CNKI were analyzed. Results A total of 716 papers were retrieved from 1997 to 2006,which were published in 145 kinds of periodicals.The papers involved 478 first authors. Conclusion The main researchers,research organizations and the focuses of the community Health service research were identified by this analysis.
