TDW2-100穿甲弹爆震对豚鼠听力影响和耳蜗肌动蛋白免疫组织化学变化

摘    要:豚鼠分别暴露于发射TDW2-100穿甲弹59式坦克车内和穿甲弹击穿坦克靶车内时的强脉冲嗓声中。发射穿甲弹的坦克车内脉冲声为170.0dB(SPL),9发;击穿坦克靶车脉冲声大于194.0dB(SPL),5发。用听生理脑干反应阈值来确定听力损失程度,并用ABC免疫组织化学方法观察耳蜗内肌动蛋白免疫活性变化。结果是:震后8h发射车内豚鼠听力下降平均为11dB,48h全部恢复;而被击穿靶车内豚鼠听力下降平均75dB,48h听力下降平均44dB。震后48h,靶车内豚鼠耳蜗毛细胞内肌动蛋白免疫活性明显下降,而发射车内豚鼠耳蜗毛细胞内肌动蛋白免疫活性与对照组无差异。结果提示:坦克靶车内瀑震声明显大于发射坦克车内爆震声。耳蜗毛细胞内肌动蛋白免疫活性与听性脑干反应阈值有一定的关系,表明,强脉冲声伤致代谢障碍在耳损伤中占有重要地位。在临床上应注意积极维护内耳代谢,或许会减少强脉冲声的损伤作用。

Abstract:uinea pigs were exposed to intensive impulse noise produced by shootingTDW2-100 Armour-piercing bullet, the hearing loss was measttred in thethreshold value of auditory brainstem response and the Actin immunohisto-cliemical activities was observed with the method of ABC immunohisto-chemistry. The results showed that in the 8th hour after explosion, the hear-ing loss of guinea pigs in shooting tank averaged 11 dB, and recovered inthe 48th hour after explosion. While, the hearing loss of guinea pigs expo-sed in target tank averaged 75 dB, and unrecovered in the 48th hour afterexplosion. The immunohistochemical activities of actin decreased in cochleaof guinea pigs in target tank and unchanged in cochlea of guinea pigs in theshooting tank.The results suggested that the threshold value of auditorybrainstem response is correlated with the actin immunohistochemical activity.So that,it may be possible to reduce the damage of intensive impulse noiseto the ear if the metabolism of inner ear was preserved in clinics.
